A key role for a skilled and experienced salesforce Implementation Specialist, responsible for leading end-to-end salesforce projects within the organization. This strategic and hands-on role is ideal for a candidate who can translate complex business needs into smart, scalable, and user-friendly solutions on the salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has deep salesforce knowledge, excellent communication skills with stakeholders, and proven experience managing comprehensive implementation processes from requirements gathering and design to post-launch support. Main Responsibilities:
* Configure salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
* Ensure compliance with salesforce standards, including security, platform limitations, and best practices.
* Implement solutions within Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
* Manage data structures, permissions, and security within salesforce.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.

* Service Cloud Consultant
* Strong understanding of data models, security, and platform limitations.
* Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionalities.
* Familiarity with business processes in sales, customer service, and marketing.
* Expertise in FLOWS, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Workflows.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
* Experience implementing salesforce via SFDX and VS Code.
* Experience working in large-scale, multi-project enterprise environments.
