We are hiring a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with potential prospects in North America.
We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a do-er attitude, with a passion for people.
This position will be worked according to US hours (East Coast).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at various stages of the sales cycle including targeting, prospecting
Participate in the deal cycle – follow-ups, create presentations and business cases.
Requirements:
Perfect verbal and written English – must.
Previous experience with a logistics technology business (Last-mile) – strong preference.
Availability to work US hours.
Superior communication skills and EQ; You enjoy building relationships, overcoming pushbacks, and high-touch client interaction.
Strong communication, negotiation, and soft skills.
1-2 years of experience in a similar position (business development/sales/account management) – advantage.
Experience in B2B sales – Mid-market and enterprise.
