we are looking for a Procurement and Logistics Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
Operational Procurement: Order maintenance, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration with Various Departments: Working closely with R&D, engineering, and quality assurance teams to support development and production.
Logistics Coordination: Managing inbound and outbound shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance with aerospace supply chain requirements
Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouses, and optimizing inventory flow
Shipping and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, ITAR/EAR compliance, and aerospace material handling standards

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering & management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
At least 5 years of procurement and logistics experience
Experience with controlled materials and regulatory compliance (ITAR, EAR) – an advantage
Familiarity with AS9100 or other aerospace industry quality standards – an advantage
Experience working with global aerospace manufacturers and suppliers – an advantage
Understanding mechanical and electronic components, reading technical drawings, analysing reports – an advantage
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
Experience in international shipping, customs regulations, and freight management
High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
