Requirements:
10+ years of experience building modern web applications in a full-stack environment.
Deep expertise in TypeScript and React, including building scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend architectures.
Experience driving cross-group/R&D/company technical initiatives, from design to adoption.
Experience developing backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar.
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
Demonstrated ability to craft smart, high-impact solutions that unblock teams and significantly accelerate delivery.
Highly motivated, driven, and independent, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Bonus points:
Passion for clean abstractions, scalable frontend patterns, and long-term technical thinking.
Experience with performance profiling, monitoring and observability across FE & BE.
