looking for a Tech Lead & C # Expert to join a challenging R&D project developing mission-critical systems in a high-quality, complex environment. This is a full-time, on-site position – 5 days a week in Yehud, combining hands-on development, technical leadership, solution architecture, and R&D leadership. Responsibilities
* Lead the technical direction and R&D team.
* Design and develop reactive, service-based systems with messaging and asynchronous communication.
* Take ownership of solution architecture and technical decisions.
* Combine hands-on C # development with technical leadership.
* Work with complex and evolving requirements and multiple stakeholders.
* Lead planning, execution, schedules, and technical delivery.
* Work in air-gapped environments
