Key job responsibilities:

Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship cultivation.
Design and implement recruiting processes that enhance candidate experience and support long-term organizational growth.
Develop and track recruiting metrics, creating strategic plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
Basic Qualifications:

– – Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
