We're seeking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team, reporting directly to the VP Of Product.
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and evolution of our next-generation observability solution.
What Youll Do:
Collaborate closely with the VP Of Product and cross-functional teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation observability solution.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer feedback, market insights, and business objectives.
Actively engage with customers, internal stakeholders, and development teams to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Work closely with the engineering team to guide the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionality.
Collaborate with product designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that meet the needs of our target audience.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Kubernetes-based application architectures, DevOps practices, and observability technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition of solution.
Work to improve customer conversion and engagement in PLG funnel.
Monitor product performance and usage metrics, conduct data analysis, and use insights to inform product enhancements and optimizations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to observability, cloud-native applications, and DevOps.
5+ years of experience as a product manager.
Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes, cloud-native architectures, and observability technologies (e.g., monitoring, logging, tracing, metrics, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to make informed product decisions.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software space.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders.
Self-driven and highly motivated with a passion for technology, innovation, and solving customer challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
