As a Senior Growth PM, youll help our company grow with its users by connecting our core value to their evolving needs. You'll define a long-term growth vision and break it down into rapid, hypothesis-driven experiments – testing, learning, and iterating quickly. Youll identify and solve key friction points across the user journey, partnering with engineers and designers as equals to drive measurable impact.
Requirements:
5+ years experience as a growth Product Manager/Lead at a high-tech or SaaS software company
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines, and to influence effectively
Proven ability in data analysis, execution, and responsibility for complex development processes
Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership of projects
Strong organizational and analytical skills & attention to details.
