We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team and help drive the evolution of innovative solutions that support financial crime investigations, fraud detection, insurance analytics, and intelligence-driven decision making.
You will:
Own the product lifecycle for financial investigations and insurance capabilities, from discovery through release.
Translate customer, market, and business needs into prioritized requirements, user stories, and roadmap initiatives.
Partner closely with Engineering to drive product execution and deliver customer value.
Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support product positioning, enablement, and go-to-market activities.
Conduct customer and market discovery to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and guide product decisions.
Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitive developments to continuously improve the product portfolio.
Requirements:
3+ years of Product Management experience in a software, SaaS, or technology-driven environment, preferably in a startup or high-growth company.
Strong understanding of product management principles, prioritization methodologies, and the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Proven ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
Business-oriented mindset with strong customer focus, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
