Portfolio Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs); present executive dashboards and performance analytics to senior leadership. Risk & Dependency Management: Identify enterprise-level risks, cross-project dependencies, and resource bottlenecks to develop proactive mitigation strategies. Resource Optimization: Oversee organizational capacity planning to ensure project teams are staffed efficiently without burn-out or conflicting priorities. Tooling & Process Automation: Administer and optimize PMO software (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet) to streamline workflows and improve data transparency.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP is advantage. Experience: 5+ years in project or program management in construction (semi conductors is advantage) At least 2-3 years specifically within a centralized PMO position. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with portfolio management platforms, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and financial tracking models.
