Responsibilities:
Roadmap & Strategy: Participate in internal processes to define product priorities based on company goals.
Product Definition: Create clear and detailed requirements, use cases, epics, and user stories.
Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize a detailed product backlog for the development team.
UX & Design: Create wireframes and collaborate closely with the design team.
Analysis: Research both user behavior and analyze competitors to identify product improvements.
Execution: Support the development team daily by clarifying requirements and solving problems during the dev cycle. Lead product cycles with pre, execution and post processes.
Stakeholder Management: Set and manage expectations for business teams and customers through clear communication.
Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product tasks.Identify potential improvements on the product and the different workflows and define them.
Experience: At least 3 years as a Product Manager, specifically building and shipping B2B software/applications.
Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile environments.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, ability to lead an end to end processת creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to speak the language of the different departments within the company; a true team player.
UX Knowledge: Practical experience creating wireframes.
AI Fluency: Demonstrable use of AI tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Languages: Fluent English (Mandatory).
Advantages: Technical background (Software Development or Data Analysis), previous work experience with complex SaaS products.
