* Own the game design process from idea to release.
* Create and balance engaging mechanics, systems, and game loops.
* Collaborate with artists, developers, and product teams to bring concepts to life.
* Iterate based on playtesting, feedback, and player data.
* Keep designs fresh by staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading multiple game projects, ideally in casual/mobile.
* Previous experience working with Unity – advantage.
* Experience working with AI tools.
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
* At least one commercially launched game with measurable success.
* Strong ability to invent new mechanics and think across genres.
* Experience from concept through QA, production, and post-launch updates.
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for creating.
