As an Analog Hardware team leader, you'll lead a team of hardware engineers developing the analog and communication circuits at the heart of our solar inverters and optimizers. You'll take your designs through the full R&D lifecycle: from concept and feasibility, through simulation, schematic design, and lab verification, all the way to mass production. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the technical bar for the team, mentor engineers in their day-to-day work, and partner closely with software, system, mechanical, and production teams to bring robust products to market. Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
* 5+ years of experience in discrete analog hardware and board design.
* Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
* Proven hands-on experience with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and electronic loads.
* Strong background in analog circuit design, including passive and active filters and op-amp topologies.
* Experience with PCB layout
* Knowledge of PSpice / LTspice simulators – an advantage.
* Specialization in RF, communication, or power electronics – an advantage.
* Programming skills in Python – an advantage.
