As a Frontend Tech Lead, youll set the technical direction for our frontend infra, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance. Youll design scalable solutions, improve developer workflows, and guide teams through complex architectural decisions. The role blends hands-on coding with mentorship and leadership. Youll help make our engineering faster, smoother, and more resilient.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
6+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong emphasis on modern frontend engineering.
Proven experience leading or implementing microfrontend's architecture in production environments.
Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and ecosystems with React.js.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Live and breathe AI- you stay on top of the latest models, tools, and techniques, and youre genuinely excited about where the field is heading.
Have hands-on experience with agentic workflows, MCPs (Model Context Protocol), and building or composing AI skills to automate and accelerate your work.
