We are looking for a DevOps Director to lead and scale our DevOps and SRE teams. This role blends strategic leadership with deep technical expertise – ensuring our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments are reliable, secure, and cost-efficient. Youll define our DevOps vision, drive automation, and evolve our observability, scalability, and release practices.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor DevOps and SRE engineers across multiple locations.
Define the roadmap for infrastructure, automation, reliability, and cost optimization.
Partner with R&D, QA, and Product teams to enable smooth, scalable, and continuous delivery.
Oversee cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring performance and cost efficiency.
Manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Helm for Kubernetes deployments.
Own CI/CD pipelines built with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Lead observability, monitoring, and incident management using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
Ensure compliance, security, and best practices across infrastructure and operations.

Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
Knowledge of Vault, container security, and infrastructure cost management.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and team-building skills.
Experience in large-scale SaaS or data-intensive environments is a plus.
Familiarity with Tableau, Keycloak (OIDC), Apache Flink, ElasticSearch, Vertica, and hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
