Requirements:
4+ years of Android development in Kotlin, with at least one large-scale, customer-facing app shipped to production
2+ years leading developers with ownership over delivery, quality, and technical direction – and a track record of shipping features end-to-end
Strong command of Jetpack Compose, coroutines, MVVM, and SOLID principles, with a solid grasp of REST API design and Android UI/UX best practices
Deep understanding of the mobile lifecycle – architecture, CI/CD, release, and monitoring – plus hands-on experience with Camera APIs and media player libraries
Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar), with a proven ability to weave AI into the full SDLC – coding, debugging, testing, and code reviews
Ability to structure problems effectively for AI tools and build repeatable, high-leverage workflows that level up the whole team
Excellent English communication, a self-starter mindset, and a genuine team-player attitude.
