Youll create inspiring motion design that brings life to our visuals, content, and big ideas. What Youll Do:
Shape how our new traveler AI product motion marketing assets look, feel and move.
Push boundaries with innovative design in a fast-paced environment.
Design & animate motion assets that inspire and capture attention, while keeping clarity of message and story as top priority.
Collaborate with Video Creators, Designers, Copywriters, and Product Marketers.
Maintain brand consistency and develop long-lasting brand assets that remain versatile across various channels, platforms, and projects.

Requirements:
4+ years of motion design experience
Strong design and animation craft skills.
Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
A versatile motion designer comfortable working across multiple mediums.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and changing environment.
Ability to balance creativity and craftsmanship with tight deadlines.
Bonus points
Experience with video editing and/or basic sound design.
Marketing experience (in-house or agency side).
Experience with generative AI tools (VEO3, SORA, etc.)
Experience with 3D design.
