a leading company in the medical and aesthetic technology industry, is seeking a talented Creative Designer to join its Marketing Department in Israel (maternity leave replacement position with the possibility of extension). This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with a strong marketing mindset who can lead the companys visual language across all touchpoints – digital, print, and events. It is a highly hands-on, dynamic, and central role within the marketing team, involving ongoing collaboration with sales teams, clinical teams, customers, and adherence to the global company branding guidelines. Key Responsibilities
* Develop, design, and execute marketing materials supporting the company's business activities.
* Maintain and enforce strict adherence to the company's Brand Identity and Brand Book across all internal and external visual assets.
* Design materials for digital, print, and events, including:
* Social media creatives (organic and paid campaigns)
* Landing pages
* Event invitations
* Brochures
* Sales and promotional materials
* Lead branding and visual execution for company events, sales days, conferences, signage, and branded environments.
* Adapt visual language and marketing messages to different target audiences, primarily B2B and also B2C
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to receive briefs, coordinate requirements, and drive projects forward.
* Manage relationships with external vendors, including printing houses, website developers, digital agencies, advertising agencies, PR firms, and others. Oversee revisions, quality control, and approval processes through final delivery.
* Prepare and deliver print-ready and digital files while ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and appropriate formatting.

* Ability to work independently in a hands-on role, taking full ownership from concept to execution.
