3-4 years of professional experience in web development- must.
Strong experience with React for frontend development- must.
Backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python- must.
Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL).
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preference for Microsoft Azure).
Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.

Understanding of monitoring/logging tools.
Experience working with JIRA.
