Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage.
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate candidate records.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices.
2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience using an ATS (Comeet experience is a plus).
Familiarity with recruitment trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for people and creating a positive hiring experience.
High-level English proficiency.
