Responsibilities:
Research and define architecture for advanced communication standards.
Define PHY System specifications and architecture for future solutions.
Define low-power architecture.
Work closely with the functional teams (Algorithm, HW/SW, RF, Validation, etc.), from early algorithm study to system validation.
Participate in integration and testing of wireless system solutions, spanning embedded SW, HW and radio.
Support customers engagement and product deployment.
Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with background in signal processing and wireless communication
Experience defining system and architecture for wireless communication chips
Experience in wireless chips productization (from design to market deployment)
Deep understanding of PHY RX and TX modem chains
Understanding of implementation tradeoffs (power, area and performance) and ability to optimize algorithms for HW implementation
Strong technical leadership skills
Team Player with good communication skills
Flexible, innovative thinker
