Required Supply Chain Manager (WM)
As part of the Supply Chain team, you'll play a key role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations for us. You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Logistics, and Technology teams to improve processes, drive operational excellence, and ensure product availability while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll be responsible for driving supply chain performance through data-driven decision making, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll lead strategic improvement initiatives while ensuring efficient inventory management, supplier performance, and operational excellence across the business.
Day-to-day in this role you'll:
Lead and manage cross-functional supply chain projects from planning through execution.
Identify and drive improvement opportunities in supplier lead times, purchase order confirmations, receiving processes, inventory placement, and cost efficiency.
Monitor key supply chain KPIs, analyze performance against targets, identify gaps, and lead improvement initiatives.
Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, exceptions, and actionable business insights.
Lead implementation projects and continuously improve supply chain workflows and operational processes.
Collaborate with our suppliers to improve product availability, optimize assortment, and reduce waste.
Partner with multiple internal stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Logistics, and Product teams to deliver business priorities.
Manage supply chain infrastructure and technology, including ERP systems and logistics system integrations.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, including demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or supply planning.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements.
Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Previous experience in retail (food retail is a strong advantage).
Experience working in a global organization is an advantage.
