We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to define the long-term vision and strategy for LoCo – next-generation, AI-powered platform that's rebuilding how insurance products are built and launched. Sitting within our core platform team, this role is central to how builds, ships, and scales insurance products across the org – and how we continue doing it faster with AI at the center.

In this role you'll:
Define the architecture that determines how builds, ships, and scales – for years to come
Drive cross-team alignment on complex technical decisions, turning competing priorities into a clear, executable roadma
Own the long-term API strategy across multiple domains, creating a unified layer that simplifies onboarding for channel teams and scales with the business
Act as the translation layer between platform engineers and leadership, communicating technical complexity in business terms
Leverage AI to identify patterns, pressure-test architectural decisions, and unlock faster paths to solving platform-scale problems
Own the adoption strategy across product lines, delivering a developer experience that makes our platform the obvious choice
