What You'll Do:
Own the Experience: Lead product design end-to-end, from wireframes and user journeys to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes
Pioneer Gen AI UX: Design seamless, human-centric interactions with our AI matchmaker. You will shape conversational interfaces and dynamic AI features so the "wingman in the chat" feels magical, not robotic
Master the Figma Ecosystem: Build, scale, and evolve the design system entirely in Figma, utilizing advanced features like variables, auto-layout, and complex component libraries for iOS and Android
Optimize for Growth: Build and improve core funnels, paying special attention to onboarding, paywall performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) through structured A/B testing
What You'll Do:

A Figma Powerhouse: You live and breathe Figma and use it as your primary tool to craft pixel-perfect, scalable designs and high-fidelity prototypes
Gen AI Savvy: You have a deep understanding of Generative AI design patterns. You know how to design for LLMs, handle AI latency gracefully, and create intuitive prompt interfaces
Data-Informed & Growth-Obsessed: You are highly analytical, relying on dashboards, behavioral trends, and user feedback to inform your design choices and scale winning concepts
A Startup Operator: You take extreme ownership, prioritize speed, and navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced environment
