We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in driving execution across both VLSI and software groups, ensuring smooth delivery, operational efficiency, and risk control for complex cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities:
Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across ASIC, VLSI, and SW domains.
Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Facilitate regular project reviews, stand-ups, and cross-functional syncs.
Track risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating when necessary.
Partner with engineering leads to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
Manage inventory, procurement, and technical operations relevant to hardware projects.
Generate dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track project health and communicate to management.
Support continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

8+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in semiconductor/ASIC/VLSI startups.
Basic Linux and scripting capabilities (e.g., bash, Python, or similar).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment – hands-on, flexibility, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
