What Will You Do
Understand financial ecosystem, including payments, cash management, settlements, and operations.
Act as the primary go-to person, providing strategic direction and clarity on fintech and financial product domains across the organization.
Define and execute the fintech product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve payment reliability, financial accuracy, compliance, and scalability while providing digital access for cash-first users.
Lead new Fintech and cash management solutions, ensuring secure financial flows across payments and settlements.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to translate complex requirements into scalable systems, automated controls, and clear dashboards to monitor KPIs and efficiencies.
Create clear documentation, rollout plans, and training materials to support adoption and ensure financial products remain auditable and aligned with internal stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with Fraud and Security teams to ensure system integrity.
6+ years of product management experience, including experience operating at a senior or principal level.
3+ years of experience in leading products in fintech, payments, or related domains.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize the product lifecycle, improve user discovery, and drive efficiency in product delivery.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and turning complex business or financial Ops problems into scalable product solutions.
Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with data, dashboards, KPIs, funnel analysis, operational metrics, and financial reports.
Ability to translate financial requirements into clear product specifications, user flows, edge cases, and technical requirements.
Strong execution skills with the ability to prioritize, manage trade-offs, and ship in a fast-moving environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the proven ability to collaborate effectively with finance, operations, engineering, data, and leadership teams.
Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage products where accuracy, reliability, and trust are critical.
