join our Campaign Management & Orchestration team and own products at the very core of evolution.
This role is a rare combination of depth and breadth: you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our next-generation campaign execution engine – moving the platform from once-daily batch processing to continuous, near real-time execution at scale – alongside real-time triggered campaigns, and the marketer-facing command center where campaigns are planned, monitored, controlled, and analyzed. You own both the engine and the cockpit: the systems that decide and deliver, and the surfaces where marketers see what's running, what's working, and what to do next.
What You'll Do:
Lead product strategy and execution for next-generation campaign execution engine: always-fresh audiences, on-time worldwide execution, last-minute campaign control, and continuous prioritization and exclusion decisioning.
Lead the real-time triggered campaigns product: event-driven campaigns that respond to customer behavior in the moment, at scale.
Own the marketer's daily command center and campaign analysis experience – where marketers plan, monitor, and control everything running on the platform and understand its performance and impact.
Work closely with engineering and architecture teams on high-scale, event-driven distributed systems executing millions of customer-level decisions daily.
Own problem discovery, requirements definition, and roadmap development; translate customer, market, and internal needs into clear technical requirements and KPIs.
Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, CSM, solutions engineering, and sales – and communicate the "why" behind every change before it ships.
Work AI-first: use AI tools daily across discovery, requirements, and analysis – and help push the team's AI adoption further.
