What you'll be doing:
Guide day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent product lines, with ownership of firmware debug and validation delivery.
Mentor and develop team leads (currently 3 direct reports), helping them grow their technical and leadership capabilities while thoughtfully allocating resources across priorities.
Collaborate with teams across Chip Design, Software, Architecture, QA, and Applications to solve technical challenges together.
Encourage AI adoption and explore AI-enhanced workflows that improve team effectiveness.
Help translate customer needs into meaningful product improvements.
What we need to see:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
10+ overall years of engineering experience.
4+ years in engineering management with demonstrated success in delivery-focused roles.
Strong technical foundation in PCIe architecture and protocols.
Hands-on firmware development and debug experience.
Experience with networking products and silicon bring-up.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects thoughtfully.
Clear communication of complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

Enjoy diving into complex debug scenarios alongside your team.
Experience with PCIe switch architecture and firmware in customer-facing roles.
Curiosity about AI/ML tooling and excitement to explore AI-enhanced productivity.
