5+ years experience with Node.js
Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular or Vue
Experience with microservices/event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience using GenAI for software development and improving work processes
Ability to move quickly from problem to execution
Strong collaboration and communication skills
A proactive, curious approach and willingness to challenge how things are done.
