Required Senior FP&A Business Partner

As a Senior FP&A Business Partner you will be part of a small, high-profile team, and play a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business. In this role you will lead the Opex strategy of Finance, Legal, Customer Journey and Stablecoin business units, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders through rigorous forecasting, performance analysis, and long-term planning.
The person in this role will succeed by mixing sharp financial thinking, clear communication with executives, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn complex data into compelling business stories
What youll do:
Partner closely with key stakeholders across the organization.
Lead the end-to-end Opex planning process for various business units – including annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
Analyze actual results vs. plan and forecast, explain key variance drivers, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
Develop analytical frameworks to explain business performance, budget variances, and emerging trends.
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for senior leadership, summarizing business performance, trends, and actionable recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure alignment and clarity on headcount, resource allocation, spend, and investment priorities.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance roles, ideally in a global tech environment. Experience in public companies, fintech or payments is a plus.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling and forecasting skills.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and confidently drive discussions based on data and insights.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional, trusting relationships and work effectively with people at all organizational levels.
Ability to work effectively and independently in highly dynamic and changing environments.
Comfortable working across time zones and in a global, matrixed environment.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant degree, MBA strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance roles, ideally in a global tech environment. Experience in public companies, fintech or payments is a plus.
