We're seeking a talented, versatile, and experienced Data Engineer to join our Analytics engineering team. The team's primary goal is to develop an analytics product that enables clinics to assess the effectiveness of their treatments, gain valuable insights into their workflows, and enhance their performance.
You will be responsible for the teams data platform and ETL processes, significantly influencing both product and technical decisions.

Transforming, modeling, and serving our data in our Analytics product.
Utilize data best practices to improve the product and allow data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years as a data engineer.
Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with relational and analytical data platforms (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, data lakes).
Strong coding skills (preferably in Python), with prior software engineering experience (e.g., API development).
Experience with cloud environments, AWS preferred.
Experience with BI tools and data analytics is a plus.
