Requirements:
B.Sc. in Physics or Electrical Engineering
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, or related fields – advantage
At least 3 years of experience in development or operations research for EO or imaging systems – advantage
Practical experience with MATLAB and Python for simulation, data processing, and numerical analysis
Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine or other graphical simulation engines – advantage
Familiarity and experience with AI tools – advantage
Strong analytical skills, systemic perspective, and creative thinking for solving complex problems
