Continuously improve developer workflows – identify friction, integrate new tools, automate repetitive tasks and champion engineering excellence.
Lead and mentor a small team of engineers: drive planning, break down work, ensure quality delivery and help hire exceptional talent.
Collaborate with experienced peers – engineers, PMs and designers – whove built large-scale systems at top-tier companies.

Capable of taking complex features from design to deployment, owning every stage of the backend lifecycle – while guiding others to do the same.
Pragmatic about code quality: confident refactoring, simplifying and deleting code when needed.
Comfortable leading code reviews, defining engineering standards and collaborating across product, design and infrastructure.
