Responsibilities include:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases
• Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Support recruitment process improvements and additional tasks
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects

• Guide candidates from application through offer stage
• Coordinate follow-up interviews and required assessments
• Manage the offer process with candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding and transfer of information to relevant departments
