Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and working closely with the division head, you'll play a key role in shaping the product strategy, influencing business
priorities, and driving product decisions across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own and drive the ClickCease product roadmap – from ideation and prioritization through delivery, launch, and iteration.
Define and continuously optimize the self-serve funnel: acquisition, conversion, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
Represent the voice of the ICP – conduct market research, user interviews, analyze support trends, and synthesize insights into product decisions.
Define, monitor, and report on key PLG metrics: activation rate, time-to-value, trial conversion, MRR expansion, churn rate, and NPS.
Lead a KPI-based experimentation culture – design A/B tests, analyze results rigorously, and build institutional knowledge from every experiment.
Set pricing and packaging strategy for self-serve subscription tiers, in collaboration with GTM, finance, and leadership.
Monitor the competitive landscape across click fraud prevention, ad verification, and broader ad-tech to identify opportunities and threats.
3 – 6 years total product management experience, with a track record of shipping impactful, customer-facing features at a B2B or B2C SaaS company.
PLG / Self-serve product experience [Must Have] – 2+ years as PM on a self-serve SaaS product with a PLG motion (freemium, free trial, or usage-based). You have owned activation and retention funnels, not just features.
Martech / Ad-tech / Advertising platform knowledge [Must Have] – Deep familiarity with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads: campaign structure, conversion tracking, pixel setup, audience targeting, and the day-to-day workflow of a PPC advertiser. You speak the advertiser's language.
Experimentation discipline – Experience designing, running, and correctly interpreting A/B tests. You treat every roadmap decision as a hypothesis waiting to be validated.
SMB market empathy – Deep understanding of small and mid-sized business constraints: budget sensitivity, speed of decision-making, and the outsized value of simplicity in a product.
Strong analytical skills – Comfortable with product analytics tools (Mixpanel or similar) and SQL basics. You question the data before acting on it.
Relevant pricing & packaging experience – You have worked on subscription tier design, trial mechanics, upgrade flows, or usage-based pricing in a self-serve context.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in click fraud prevention, invalid traffic detection, or digital ad verification.
Background in security-adjacent SaaS – bot detection, traffic quality scoring, or ad verification platforms such as DoubleVerify or IAS.
Experience owning products with third-party API integrations – ad platforms, CRMs, analytics tools, and the technical complexity they bring.
