What youll do:
Own a product area of Frank end to end: discovery, prioritization, definition, and launch.
Synthesize input from customers, the Frank Skills team, and research into a clear, opinionated roadmap.
Write crisp specs and partner daily with engineering and design to ship.
Define how we measure a skills quality and adoption, and iterate from real usage.

4+ years in product management, ideally on technical or vertical SaaS / AI products.
Able to go deep with engineers and researchers while staying grounded in customer reality.
A strong writer and prioritizer who can cut scope to what matters.
Excited by AECO, BIM, or applied AI: domain experience a plus, curiosity a must.
Bonus
Experience with AI / ML or automation products.
Familiarity with Revit / ArchiCAD or the AECO industry.
