What you'll be doing:
Define the roadmap and product vision.
Manage the full product cycle of new products.
Research and analyze users needs and competitors.
Define user flows and sketch wireframes.
Work closely with our product teams, Product Designers, Analyst, and Developers all the way to production.

Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience in Product management in a SaaS company/ Fintech/ SU
Experience in one of the following areas would be an advantage: HR technology (such as HRIS, ATS, or employee management systems), building AI agents, or B2B SaaS growth (such as activation, conversion, and customer expansion).
Self-driven, with proven ability to push new initiates and manage ongoing projects from A-Z
A self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working independently, while also being a great team player
Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and hands-on mentality
Superior communication, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, organized with a keen eye for detail
A people person with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience in third-party integrations and APIs (nice to have).
