We're looking for an experienced performance marketing manager to lead and scale our user acquisition efforts for our mobile app. This role will own the full acquisition funnel on the media side, managing significant budgets to drive growth. You will start as a hands-on leader and build the team and infrastructure as the company scales.
What Will You Do
Own and scale user acquisition strategy and budget allocation.
Scale the performance marketing function and recruit/build the team as the company grows.
Optimize campaigns across channels to hit acquisition and retention KPIs.
Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams.
Drive creative testing strategy and provide data-backed direction to the creative studio.
Establish performance frameworks and reporting infrastructure.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns for mobile apps / eCommerce.
Proven track record of scaling user acquisition budgets while maintaining ROAS targets.
Ability to build and lead a team.
Strong expertise with mobile measurement platforms and analytics tools like AppsFlyer/Amplitude/Mixpanel.
Deep understanding of user acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, LTV metrics, and retention optimization.
Hands-on experience running campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and other UA channels.
Ability to analyze creative performance and work effectively with creative teams – translating data insights into actionable creative briefs.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
