We are seeking an Operations Material Planner to join our Supply Chain team, supporting deliveries. The team collaborates with global operations across multiple time zones and varying working hours to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
In this role, yo will:
Act as the primary point of contact for all demand planning activities
Develop and implement long-term material planning strategies to ensure supply meets production demand.
Deliver flexible solutions to meet fulfillment requirements and support business growth.
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve supply chain effectiveness.
Partner with stakeholders to define, improve, and standardize operational processes.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning – a must
Experience working in global high-tech enterprises – a must
Proven experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
Ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and ensure timely deliverables in a global environment
High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
In-depth knowledge of MRP processes and tools, with proven ERP experience; preferably Oracle MRP module
Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, OBIEE)
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in forecasting and data-driven decision-making
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or a related field
Adaptable team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive under pressure
Highly motivated, proactive, resilient team player with a service-oriented mindset and passion for leveraging technology to drive process improvements.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
