•; Perform mechanical design of small and accurate systems, structural elements, pneumatic and vacuum systems, sheet metal design, electrical cages, filtration systems, and cooling systems for clean-room environments.
• Design and execute experiments in our R&D lab.
• Perform mechanical and thermal simulations and analyses for design validation.
• Lead the mechanical aspects of the development process, conduct design reviews, and collaborate with team members from other disciplines: project management, product manufacturing, field support, and suppliers.
• Support the transition to production, define assembly and service instructions, and work closely with the production line.
