DRS RADA is a global pioneer of radar systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
* Design and develop mechanical and thermal management solutions for existing products and next-generation systems.
* Design mechanical structures to withstand static and dynamic loads in accordance with military standards.
* Lead product development from concept and requirements definition through mass production.
* Provide ongoing engineering support for existing products, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
* Perform mechanical design using CAD and simulation tools, and conduct laboratory testing.
* Design and build test fixtures and proof-of-concept (PoC) setups.
* Work on a diverse range of engineering projects and technical challenges.

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and electronic packaging/enclosure design.
* Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including machining, sheet metal fabrication, and enclosure design.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Systems Engineering and Electronics.
* Hands-on experience with the assembly and testing of mechanical systems.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
* Good command of English. Advantages
