we are looking for a passionate Level Designer to join our rapidly growing company.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting world-leading player experiences, combining excellent level design skills with a strong grasp of User Experience (UX).
Youll deliver fun and high-performing content, spec and design new gameplay features, and use data to analyze, tune, and improve your work. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the world's leading games with a team of passionate Game Designers.
Responsibilities
Create best-in-class casual content in line with our design pillars to excite and engage players.
Visualize and prototype user experiences and flows using design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop) to communicate ideas effectively.
Take ownership of feature definitions, write clear specifications for new gameplay elements and mechanics.
Partner with the technical team to define functional requirements for internal tools, streamlining the map creation process.
Use data to inform and balance existing content and form hypotheses for future content.
Demonstrate "out-of-the-box" thinking, potentially exploring new technologies (such as AI tools) to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
Manage the level design lifecycle from requirements gathering to execution, leading cross-functional coordination with Production, QA, Art, and Game Economy.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and lead the optimization of the content pipeline to ensure faster delivery of high-quality content.
