Were looking for a product designer who obsesses over user problems and moves fast to solve them. You simplify the complex, find the clearest path through a messy workflow, and care deeply about helping users get to value quickly – especially in a product where AI insights are only useful if people actually discover and trust them.
You bring strong UX fundamentals and sharp execution. And on top of that, you use modern tools – Claude, Figma MCP, Cursor, as genuine force multipliers, not as an identity. AI is how you move faster, not what you lead with.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. Youll design across our web platform, IDE extension, and Git workflows – products used by developers who notice when something feels off.
What youll do
Design end-to-end experiences for developer-facing products, from early concepts to shipped features
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data; youre comfortable in a Notion doc, a Linear ticket, and a Figma file in the same afternoon
Prototype with fidelity appropriate to the question – sometimes a Figma flow, sometimes a working HTML/React component
Design for scale from day one – you always think about edge cases, permissions, multi-user flows, and enterprise complexity
Move fast and iterate based on real developer feedback.
