Act as the primary point of contact for all IT and Information Security-related issues.
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from an IT perspective, including account setup, permissions, equipment provisioning, and secure offboarding.
Manage IT demand and business budgets, coordinating system upgrades and implementing new technologies across all local and remote sites.
Maintain and operate internal IT systems and cloud services such as identity management, device management, and infrastructure platforms.
Oversee vendor relationships, including the evaluation, procurement, and implementation of IT and security solutions.
Create and maintain clear documentation for systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

4+ years of hands-on experience in the IT field.
Proven proficiency in IT infrastructure management and strategic planning.
Comfort supporting macOS and windows environments and device management solutions.
Broad knowledge of security frameworks and related legal and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with security technologies and concepts such as firewalls, EDRs, SASE, Mail Relay, PKI, and Cloud computing.
Strong troubleshooting skills in the areas of networking and services.
Excellent vendor management skills, including evaluation, procurement, and implementation of security solutions.
Certifications in AZ-104, AZ-500 or equivalent cloud authority credential
