The research and development team is seeking an experienced innovation manager.
The team focuses on providing technological solutions to core challenges through technological research and driving applied innovation to bridge the gap between needs and opportunities.
The role involves leading technological innovation processes, leading hands-on innovation initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. This is achieved by developing action plans, identifying needs, and connecting them to innovative solutions and products collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in leading innovation in organizations, deep technological experience, and the ability to implement ideas practically.

Requirements:
Relevant Technological Degree- Mandator
Experience with connecting business needs and requirements with technological and infrastructure of R&D teams- Mandatory
5+ years of experience leading technological in a large/strategic organization, including implementing innovative product/projects.
Deep technologic orientation with the ability to independently implement POCs (Hands-on).
Identifying needs, connecting to technological opportunities, and formulating strategic action plans to drive innovation.
Experience as a Product Manager or Technology Analyst -Advantage.
