Youll work as part of a small, high-ownership team alongside Business, Product, Creative, and Engineering – bringing the marketing and growth perspective into how the product evolves, not just how it is promoted.

What Youll Do
Own the growth strategy and marketing plan for Core Photos
Identify and unlock new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities
Design and lead major growth initiatives from idea to scale
Own significant marketing budgets and decide where they create the most impact
Partner deeply with Creative to develop ideas and messaging that actually move people
Work with Product and the broader team to connect marketing insights with the product experience
Use data to understand whats working, make fast decisions, and scale what wins
Continuously experiment – new channels, new angles, new mechanics.
