We are looking for a Development Team Lead with a strong background in full-stack engineering to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building scalable web applications and has prior leadership experience managing a team of engineers.

What you will do:
Lead and mentor a team of frontend/full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React or significant experience in other frameworks).
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to define and execute technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability across the team.
Take ownership of the teams technical roadmap, sprint planning, and delivery execution.
Conduct code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance optimizations.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

6+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development.
4+ years of experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers.
Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React or significant experience in other frameworks).
Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, NgRx, etc.) and component-based architectures.
Experience with testing and monitoring of client applications.
Understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar) and API integration.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
Passion for team building, mentorship, and delivering high-quality software.
