we are looking for a Engineering Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5 engineers.
Design, implement, and validate robust backoffice platform, complex business workflows, and testing infrastructure using TypeScript across React and Node.js.
Provide technical guidance, architecture mentorship, and code reviews to team members.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to transform complex banking workflows and ambiguous operational needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
Work with the team to establish and promote high standards for code quality, developer experience, and engineering excellence.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively both independently and as part of a team.

4+ years of professional software development experience, including time spent leading or mentoring developers in an agile environment.
Deep proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript across both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js) environments.
Experience working on product cores, engines, backoffice dashboards, or data-intensive infrastructure software is a strong advantage.
Experience in environments with a low margin for error (e.g., fintech, core banking operations, or medical applications) is a plus.
Familiarity with workflow orchestration frameworks like Temporal (used for long-running processes) is also a plus
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with an eye for identifying bottlenecks in data processing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
