You will report to the Sr. Product Engineering Manager.

What you will be doing:
Lead products deliverables and timelines. Responsible for NPI Processes of the company product lines
Lead Sustain engineering processes and provide engineering support across the company
Performing process validation for Engineering changes in the production line.
Collaboration with R&D, quality, and production depts. on a daily basis
Efficiency and improving production processes including electronic and mechanical assembly.
Participation in failure studies and problem-solving discussions.
Approving parts and components' SPEC deviations, and instructing for rework if needed
Develop and document Manufacturing, assembling & testing processes.
Ownership of the entire product, manage and lead the engineering changes of the product during its lifecycle
What you should have:
Mechanical / Industrial /Electronics Engineer
5+ years of proven experience as an NPI or Manufacturing Engineer
Understanding of mechanical and electrical process
Experience with cost reduction activities
Self-motivated, independent, and problem solving oriented
