As a leader in the Platform Engineering group, you will be responsible for serving other engineers here, by providing them with wider solution of internal services, packages and tools.
The team continually improving the DevX (Developer experience) of more than 200 engineers and setting high bar of coding standards, helping the product engineering team to focus on their business oriented tasks while using the Platform Engineering solutions
This position requires an experienced team leader that achieved success in their previous roles as a technical leader, that wants to add a deeper challenge, impacting other engineers besides their own team.
7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer with backend development
2+ years experience leading a team of engineers.
Deep understanding of production systems and the architecture of web products
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred but not a must)
Proactive team player with a desire to impact other engineering teams
Independent, resourceful, and creative
